This is a free service, available to all associations whether using our other services or not. Our knowledgeable co-ordinators obtain the best possible rates for our clients. The discounts they get on your behalf can often cover the cost of our event management service. The knowledgeable team at BIEN Venue provides a free and impartial service finding the ideal venue for your event, allowing you time to focus on the programme. We can: - Provide an experienced key contact person to work on your behalf.
- Obtain the brief for your events, discussing with you what is likely to be required.
- Search for venues as soon as you have decided on dates and locations, ensuring the best choice.
- Negotiate with venues to obtain the best value.
- Take provisional bookings on your behalf at (usually) three suitable venues, and provide a detailed description to you of each.
- Arrange site visits for you.
- Send a letter of confirmation to your preferred option.
- Arrange for a contract to be sent to you by the venue.
- Keep in touch to check whether any changes are required to the booking.
- Contact you after the event to check that all went well.
