Bien Venue is the sister company to RfA, providing a Free Venue Search service specifically for Associations. This is a free service, available to all associations whether using our other services or not. Our knowledgeable co-ordinators obtain the best possible rates for our clients. The discounts they get on your behalf can often cover the cost of our event management service.

We can:

  • Provide an experienced key contact person to work on your behalf.
  • Obtain the brief for your events, discussing with you what is likely to be required.
  • Search for venues as soon as you have decided on dates and locations, ensuring the best choice.
  • Negotiate with venues to obtain the best value.
  • Take provisional bookings on your behalf at (usually) three suitable venues, and provide a detailed description to you of each.
  • Arrange site visits for you.
  • Send a letter of confirmation to your preferred option.
  • Arrange for a contract to be sent to you by the venue.
  • Keep in touch to check whether any changes are required to the booking.
  • Contact you after the event to check that all went well.
