My overall assessment of PSI support (in particular Laura), for the conference this year must be "excellent". This conference was a real challenge, and when we started working on it last year I was a little unsure how RfA would be able to copeÉ However, Laura has really risen to the challenge this year and I can't fault anything - her work has been outstanding, and she really contributed to a very successful conference. A job very well done.

If you want to get something out of a society, you have to be prepared to put something in. The people who know most about what you want should be your peers and so these are the people who should be willing to put some effort in to the running of the society. Working with RfA was great. It was a very wise decision to hire them.
