Founder and Managing Director of the company, Carole has twelve years' experience in working with membership organisations, preceded by a background in people and organisational development. She has experience in strategic planning and provides consultancy services for associations. Carole is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, is a past President of the UK Chapter of MPI (Meeting Professionals International), and is currently International Chair of the Professional Development and Strategy Group for MPI. Carole has gained the strategic level CMM qualification for management in the meetings Industry.

Karen Lane MAAT 
          

Association of Accounting Technicians qualified, Karen is the company's Finance Manager. Her earlier career in Sales Management has been supplemented by extensive bookkeeping experience, and she has a detailed understanding of association finance. She has been with RfA since 1998.

With 18 years' experience of working in and on behalf of membership organisations, Beverley supports clients and staff with project specifications, best practice implementation, task specification and training. Beverley is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and has also gained the strategic level CMM qualification for management in the meetings industry. Beverley has been with RfA since 1998.
