We can: - Set up a bookkeeping system with cost centres and nominal ledger codes where required, using bookkeeping software or Excel spreadsheets depending on the complexity of your requirements.
- Provide a streamlined service, fully integrated with other activities we may be undertaking on your behalf.
- Post details of revenue received onto electronic ledgers - revenue received from any activities handled by Resources for Associations using our database can be automatically transferred into a Sage (bookkeeping software) ledger.
- Process purchase invoices - prepare cheques; forward cheques to signatories; post details onto electronic ledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly reports, usually to include profit and loss account, balance sheets and list of creditors and debtors.
- Prepare VAT returns.
- Assist with annual audit of accounts.
- Arrange for regular meetings between our Bookkeeper and your Treasurer.
