Resources for Business is run by Carole McKellar. Carole has been in business since 1993 providing business and event support services to an extensive range of organisations. Her strategic focus has always been her passion for effective learning and development.
Carole’s energy and enthusiasm for training issues has led to her being awarded a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has also been very active within the meetings industry, holding a number of influential volunteer leadership positions including that of Director of the International Board for MPI (Meeting Professionals International), 2006 – 2009.

Both these interests come together in RfB, where our focus is firmly on the role of face-to-face meetings in facilitating learning and encouraging interaction. We are a small team, and are closely involved with every client and every project. Our flexible working policies lead to high levels of staff retention and sustained quality of delivery.
We’re based in Macclesfield, close to Manchester Airport and the motorway network, and just two hours by train from London. This central location gives us easy access to clients and venues throughout the UK and further afield.
